SDCC 2022: First Look Image of Keanu Reeves Hits for JOHN WICK: CHAPTER 4!

SDCC is alive and kicking and it looks like we might actually have stuff to talk about this weekend unlike the last two years when the event was only online and it relatively sucked.

Getting ahead of the game is Lionsgate who has put into motion their John Wick 4 campaign which features a first look image of star Keanu Reeves from the highly anticipated fourth film. Check out a somber Wick in the new image below!

John Wick 4 was actually supposed to hit back last May but fans have been forced to wait until March of 2023 for the movie which features an all-star action cast including Donnie Yen, Scott Adkins, Hiroyuki Sanada and Marko Zaror. Plot details are still non existent but the last film ended with a shocking betrayal from Winston (or so it seems) and Wick forming a new alliance with Laurence Fishburne’s Bowery King who was thought dead.

The full cast for the fourth installment includes returning cast members Laurence Fishburne as the Bowery King, Ian McShane as Winston, and Lance Reddick as Continental concierge Charon. The new additions feature Rina Sawayama, Donnie Yen, Shamier Anderson, Bill Skarsgård, Hiroyuki Sanada, Scott Adkins, and Clancy Brown with action auteur Chad Stahelski returning in the director’s chair.

The new image is part of a viral campaign that just started we’re fans can text a number, listed below, to receive exclusive updates of the movie.

It’ll be interesting to say the least how Stahelski and crew too themselves from the last movie as the third chapter featured everything including the kitchen sink when it came to the action set pieces. Reeves killing henchmen while horseback was a definite highlight.

Keep it locked and loaded right here for more to come as SDCC is now rolling. We are your destination for everything action in 2022 and beyond!
