Director James Nunn has already loaded his filmography with some exhilarating action films like The Marine 5 & 6 as well as Eliminators starring Scott Adkins. Nunn is definitely a rising filmmaker in action and he’s back with his most ambitious action-thriller to date in One Shot which reunites the filmmaker with Adkins for a film that is shot in one continuous take. There are no edits, cuts or room for error as Adkins is in full effect with his signature action style. It’s a relentless, full-throttle experience that immerses the viewers into the action.

In this exclusive interview on The Action Fix Podcast, Nunn stops by to chat about the film including how it all came about. We also talk about the challenges of making the movie, the cast and of course the full throttle action sequences with Scott doing what he does best.
It’s director James Nunn on this episode of The Action Fix. Enjoy!
A big thank you goes out to James Nunn for an incredible interview!
One Shot hits select theaters, Digital and VOD on November 5th from Screen Media Films!
Look out for my review coming next week!

“In an effort to prevent a terrorist attack on Washington D.C., an elite squad of Navy SEALs led by Lt. Blake Harris (Adkins) and a junior CIA analyst Zoe Anderson (Greene) must retrieve a detainee from a CIA black site island prison.
Tensions flare as Deputy Site Manager Jack Yorke (Phillippe) refuses to release the suspected terrorist based solely on Anderson’s intel, but when the base comes under attack by waves of insurgents they must band together to complete the mission.”
