DANGEROUS: Scott Eastwood is Locked & Loaded with New Key Art for the All-Star Thriller

By: John M Jerva

Lionsgate has unveiled some rather dangerous looking key art for their new star studded action/thriller titled aptly enough Dangerous. The film which sees Scott Eastwood locked and loaded for battle in the one sheet stars a bevy of talent including Kevin Durand, Famke Janssen, Tyrese Gibson and the one and only Mel Gibson. Take a peek at the cast below!

DANGEROUS follows ex-con and reformed sociopath Dylan Forrester (Scott Eastwood), who is trying to quietly serve out his parole — with the help of a steady supply of antidepressants and his eccentric psychiatrist (Mel Gibson). But when his brother dies under mysterious circumstances, Dylan breaks parole and, with a dogged FBI agent (Famke Janssen) on his trail, goes to uncover the truth. A band of heavily armed mercenaries wants something Dylan’s brother was hiding, and Dylan will need all his guile and tactical skills to survive in this action-packed thriller costarring Kevin Durand and Tyrese Gibson.

The plot surely sounds good and I like the sociopathic aspect to it as it would appear that Eastwood’s character will be a definitive anti-hero. He certainly has a great supporting cast around him which includes Mel Gibson in a key as well as Kevin Durand, Famke Janssen and his Fate of the Furious co-star Tyrese Gibson. Other notable cast members include Brenda Bazinet (“Shoot the Messenger”), Ryan Robbins (“Sanctuary”), Brendan Fletcher (“Braven”), Leanne Lapp (“iZombie”), Chad Rook (“Siren”) and Brock Morgan (“Cardinal”).

Helmed by David Hackl from a script penned by Christopher Borelli, it is said that the film will be released as a multi-platform title.

Lionsgate will release Dangerous in theaters, Digital and VOD on November 5. Check back soon for the trailer release!
