Wrath of Man, the latest film from director Guy Ritchie which reunited him with Jason Statham, was one of the best action films of the year. Now we have new info on their next collaboration which was originally titled Five Eyes.

The movie is now called Operation Fortune: Ruse de guerre and it is said to hit theaters on January 21st of next year!

“In the film, MI6 guns-and-steel agent Orson Fortune (Statham) is recruited by a global intelligence alliance ‘Five Eyes’ to track down and stop the sale of a deadly new weapons technology that threatens to disrupt the world order,” reads the synopsis. “Reluctantly paired with CIA high-tech expert Sarah Fidel, Fortune sets off on a globe-trotting mission where he will have to use all of his charm, ingenuity, and stealth to track down and infiltrate billionaire arms broker Greg Simmonds.’

Also starring with Statham are Josh Hartnett (30 Days of Night) who also appeared with Statham in Wrath of Man as well as Aubrey Plaza (Ingrid Goes West), Cary Elwes (The Princess Bride), and British rapper Bugzy Malone.

Ivan Atkinson and Marn Davies (The Gentlemen, Wrath of Man) penned the script and if it’s anything like Statham and Ritchie’s last film, this one will surely deliver the brutal action goods.
