The late, great Benny Chan’s last action opus Raging Fire is coming to North America courtesy of Well Go USA who recently acquired the film for western consumption and the company has officially unveiled the domestic US trailer featuring martial arts and action icon Donnie Yen and Nicholas Tse waging a bloody war on the streets. Watch the bullets and fists fly in the teaser and key art below!

Shan (Donnie Yen) is a highly respected hardline cop with a long history of success on dangerous cases. However, his past unexpectedly comes back to haunt him when a sting operation is attacked by a mysterious group of criminals led by Ngo (Nicholas Tse), his former protégé, a talented former officer who had once respected and admired Shan. However, a terrible mistake three years prior landed him in prison, quickly turning the once rising star into a furious man with a grudge, and the will to destroy everyone who had wronged him—including his former mentor.

There’s no shortage of chaotic action set pieces on display in the newest tease and Yen is looking like he’s born again and looks sensational with Tse keeping up every inch of the way. The film has seen a release in its native Hong Kong in April so now the international territories are finally rolling out.

“We are thrilled to team up with Emperor, Tencent and Super Bullet Pictures to bring ‘Raging Fire’ to North American audiences,” said Doris Pfardrescher, Well Go USA president and chief executive. “Martial arts and Asian action fans have been anxiously awaiting the next big Donnie Yen theatrical, and ‘Raging Fire’ is more than worth the wait.”

There isn’t a release date yet but word on the street is that Raging Fire will also hit the HI-YAH! streaming service as well after it premieres in select theaters.

Don’t take my word for it though. Watch the high-octane goods below!
