Synopsis: When a reckless young gambler’s wild lifestyle of illegal betting, drag racing, and brutal street fights pits him against a ruthless criminal enterprise, his luck finally runs out. The gang shows up at his father’s home to collect on the debt, forcing his family to fight in order to save their land—and his life.

The new Malaysian martial arts action movie SILAT WARRIORS: DEED OF DEATH, winner of the Daniel A. Craft Award for Excellence in Action Cinema at the New York Asian Film Festival, is coming to Hi-YAH! exclusively on June 4. The film—originally titled Geran—is directed by Areel Abu Bakar, who took the action up a notch with a roster full of competitive martial artists. Stars among the hard-hitting cast includes: Namron (One Two Jaga), Khoha Majid, Feiyna Tajudin, and Fad Anuar.

There’s no shortage of insane, body coma inducing fight sequences and let me just stress, I find it hard to believe if no one was harmed in the making of this film. It looks that sick people.

This Friday, June 4th is the date to mark as Silat Warriors: Deed of Death is destined to take over your streaming device.
