While we wait for Justice League, things have certainly come full circle for filmmaker Zack Snyder as he returns to the genre that put him on the map as a director. Netflix has officially released the trailer for Army of the Dead which stars Dave Bautista in the “balls to the wall” zombie heist thriller. Peek at the chaos, mayhem and extreme action in the new teaser below!

Official Synopsis: “ARMY OF THE DEAD is an adventure film that takes place after a zombie outbreak in Las Vegas, where a man assembles a group of mercenaries to take the ultimate gamble: venturing into the quarantined zone to pull off the greatest heist ever attempted.”

Bautista stars along with Ella Purnell, Ana de la Reguera, Garret Dillahunt, Raúl Castillo, Omari Hardwick, Hiroyuki Sanada, Tig Notaro, and Matthias Schweighöfer. Snyder directed and shot the movie and also co-wrote the pic with Shay Hatten and Joby Harold from an original story that Snyder came up with.

The date is May 21st only on Netflix and the movie is Army of the Dead. This is the “Snyder Cut” we’ve been waiting for!
