The news has officially dropped that new episodes of the first ever live action Star Wars show The Mandalorian is set to premiere on October 30th! Too good to be true? Don’t believe me? Well take a look at the post below!
See I told you. I wouldn’t lie to you. One night before Halloween no less so guess who’s not going tick or treating this year? This guy! I’m pointing to myself by the way.
This season is set for massive surprises as it was announced that Bobs Fett himself will make an appearance and the new cast additions are off the hook including Michael Biehn, Rosario Dawson, as Ahsoka Tano, Katee Sackoff as The Clone Wars‘ Bo-Katan and Temuera Morrison who is playing said Boba Fett. Did I forget to mention that Timothy Olyphant is in it in an undisclosed role.
Plot details are scarce at this point but hopefully a trailer will be forthcoming in the near future with the release date confirmed. The returning cast from the first season include Pedro Pascal who, of course, plays Mando, Carl Weathers, Gina Carano and Giancarlo Esposito.
Another big draw for the sophomore season is the addition of several well known directors who will be involved this year. Confirmed directors this season include series creator and executive producer Jon Favreau, Robert Rodriguez, Rick Famuyiwa and Carl Weathers who will also Helm an episode.
Mark October 30th promptly inspired your calendar and get ready for some more adventures in a galaxy far, far away!
