Former wrestling superstar Stu Bennett has done it all when it comes to the world of professional wrestling and fans know him well as Wade Barrett who was one of the biggest heels in the WWE for many years. Now Bennett is fast becoming the next big action star and when I say big, I mean all 6 foot 6, 260 pounds of him as he now stars in the highly anticipated sequel to his 2018 hit action-thriller I Am Vengeance from director Ross Boyask.
Aptly titled I Am Vengeance: Retaliation, Bennett returns as anti-hero and ruthless mercenary John Gold who is now on a new mission to bring in former comrade turned traitor Sean Teague played by Vinnie Jones. The sequel is bigger and badder with explosive fisticuffs and firepower galore for action fans with Bennett leading the charge.
In this exclusive interview for The Action Fix Podcast, Bennett talks about the new film as well as the original and his career as a wrestling super star. Bennett also chats about working with Scott Adkins and also gives us some exclusive behind the scenes info on the new sequel.
