BLOODSHOT: Discover the Origins of Vin Diesel’s Unstoppable Comic Book Alter Ego!

With just a few weeks away from the release of the Valiant Comics adaptation Bloodshot, Sony Pictures has just released a new featurette which explains the origins of the indestructible killing machine which features interviews with creators Bob Layton and Kevin VanHook along with Star Diesel. Learn more about the unstoppable assassin ahead of the film’s release below!

Official Synopsis: After he and his wife are murdered, Marine Ray Garrison (played by Vin Diesel) is resurrected by a secret team of scientists. Enhanced with nanotechnology, he becomes a superhuman, biotech killing machine – “Bloodshot.” As Ray first trains with fellow super-soldiers, he cannot recall anything from his former life. But when his memories flood back and he remembers the man that killed both he and his beautiful wife, he breaks out of the facility hellbent on revenge, only to discover that there’s more to the conspiracy than he thought.

Helmed by Dave Wilson, who is best known for working with Deadpool Helmer Tim Miller at Blur Studios, the film also stars Toby Kebbell (Dawn of the Planet of the Apes), Sam Heughan (Outlander), Eiza Gonzalez (Baby Driver),Talulah Riley (Westworld), Johannes Haukur Johannesson (Game of Thrones), Lamorne Morris (New Girl, Game Night), Guy Pearce (Prometheus) and Alex Hernandez (Unreal). The script was penned by Eric Heisserer who is an Oscar nomination writer and Diesel is reunited with his Fast And Furious and original xXx producer Neil Moritz

Bloodshot explodes into theaters on March 13th after being shuffled from its original February release.
