Last week, the major announcement came out that two of Keanu Reeves’ most anticipated upcoming films will now be released on the same day. that’s right! On May 21st, 2021, action fans will lose their collective minds when both The Matrix 4 and John Wick: Chapter 4 will be released whcih might be the best double feature say ever at the multiplex. Personally, I think one of these films will balk and be released on a different day but until then, we have one glorious day to look forward to.
Never one to slow down, Reeves has already begun to prepare for both roles as a new Instagram post tells us which shows Reeves with a group from Taran Tactical who specialize in firearms and combat training for feature films. Reeves will be filmin g both sequels next yearso he’s getting in his weapons ready moves early. Take a look at the post below!
Unfortunately, all we have is the above photo and no video of Reeves getting down with some heavy weaponry. Hopefully that will all change in the future. Reeves will play his iconic role of Neo AKA as The One in the long awaited fourth film in the Matrix franchise although we don’t know how large his role will be. We do know that he will definitely be headlining the fourth John Wick film which will set the action bar high once again.
