Dave Bautista couldn’t be at SDCC this weekend but he still gave the fans a treat in that he shared a first look image of himself and his zombie killing unit from the Zack Snyder helmed Netflix film Army Of The Dead. Check out the beast and his bad ass squad below!
In the post, Bautista apologized for not making it to San Diego.
“Couldn’t make it to #SDCC 2019 because we’re too busy killing zombies. #yourewelcome”
The official plot which was hatched by Snyder as well as Joby Harold and Shay Hatten who penned the script reads as follows: “Following a zombie outbreak in Las Vegas, a group of mercenaries take the ultimate gamble, venturing into the quarantine zone to pull off the greatest heist ever attempted.”
Bautista stars along with Ella Purnell as well as Omari Hardwick (Kick-Ass), Chris D’Elia (You), Hiroyuki Sanada (Westworld), Raul Castillo (Vida), Nora Arnezeder (Origin), Matthias Schweighöfer (The Manny), Samantha Win (Wonder Woman), Rich Cetrone (Thor) and Garrett Dillahunt (Fear the Walking Dead).
Army Of The Dead is now in production and will hit Netflix in 2020!
