(Update: Watch the Official 12 Minute Video Of The Hall H Panel!) SDCC: Marvel Studios Announces Big Things for Phase 4 and Disney+ at Their Panel!

UPDATE: Marvel Studios has dropped an epic 12 minute video from the fully loaded Hall H panel where all these announcements were made. Please partake in viewing it down below and see some cool sh!t like Natalie Portman coming to the stage after being announced as the female Thor and Mahershala Ali donning the Blade cap to signify that he is the new Daywalker!

The Marvel Studios Panel has recently ended and with it, we have some major announcers make regarding the future of the MCU in both cinema and television form. Partake in all that was revealed below!

1) The Full Cast for Marvel’s The Eternals is Revealed!

One of the first major drops was that the cast for the highly anticipated new film The Eternals was confirmed and Angelina Jolie will indeed play Thena. Other cast members include Richard Madden as Ikaris, Kumail Nanjiani as Kingo, Salma Hayek as Ajax, Bryan Tyree Henry as Phastos, Lia McHugh as Sprite, Lauren Ridloff as Makkari and Don Lee as Gilgamesh!

Chloe Zhao is helming with a release date set for Fall 2020!

2) Simu Liu is confirmed to be playing Shang -Chi!

Another major release was that Chinese-Canadian actor Simu Liu will play the coveted role of Shang-Chi and that the full name of the movie will be Shang-Chi And The Legend Of The Ten Rings. The other big news is that international star Tony Leung will play The Mandarin. Awkwafina was also cast on an yet to be said role.

Destin Daniel Cretton will hell the film.

3) The Falcon And The Winter Soldier Disney+ Series is confirmed!

This was already pretty much in the bag but it was officially made concrete at the panel that Anthony Mackie and Sebastian Stan will reprise their roles of Falcon and Winter Soldier respectively and that the series will premiere in August of 2020!

Plot details are hush hush right now but word on the street is that it will likely delve into Falcon being chosen by Steve Rogers to be the next Captain America. Stay tuned!

4) Marvel’s Loki Disney+ Series will Hit in Spring Of 2021!

The God Of Mischief will return but how will be certainly a good question after his demise in Infinity War. Tom Hiddelston will reprise his role as Loki for the limited series!

5) The Disney+ Series WandaVision Announces its Cast!

The other Disney+ Series that was first announced with Loki was WandaVision and it will bring back Elizabeth Olsen as The Scarlet Witch along with Paul Bettany reprising his role of Vision. Other cast members include Teyonah Paris who will play Monica Rambeau. The character was first introduced in Captain Marvel as an 11 year old played by Akira Akbar. Paris will play the grown up version.

The series will be set in the 1950’s and will premiere on the streaming service in the spring of 2021!

6) The Hawkeye Disney+ Series is Confirmed with Kate Bishop Added!

Another confirmation at the panel was that Jeremy Renner will indeed return as Clint Barton AKA Hawkeye and that he will be training his protégé Kate Bishop in the series. That role is yet to be cast.

Hawkeye will premium the fall of 2021!

7) The Next Thor Film Will Be Helmed By Taika Waitita and The Name Will Be Thor: Love And Thunder!

Chris Hemsworth has definitely resigned with Marvel as the God Of Thunder and the film will be a part of Phase 4! The other big news is that Natalie Portman will return as Jane Foster! She will also play the first ever female Thor and Portman received her very own hammer on stage at the panel.

No other info is known at this time but the release is set for November 5th, 2021!

8) Benedict Cumberbatch will Return in

Doctor Strange In The Multiverse Of Madness!

Kevin Feige made it official that a sequel to Doctor Strange is happening and released the title as well. It was also confirmed that events in WandaVision will have a direct impact on the movie.

Scott Derrickson will helm and at the panel he said that they will play up the horror and gothic elements for the sequel!

9) The Black Widow Film Will Officially Kick Off Phase 4!

Last but certainly not least is that the Scarlett Johansson stand-alone Black Widow movie will officially kick off Phase 4.

The movie will be a prequel and will deal with Nat’s secrets and will also make more known her past in an effort to piece herself back together.

The prequel, which is now in production, will be released on May 1st of next year. Other cast members include  O-T Fagnenle (The Handmaid’s Tale) as Mason, Golden Globe nominee David Harbour (Stranger ThingsHellboy) as Alexei aka The Red Guardian, Florence Pugh (Fighting with My Family) as Yelena, and Oscar winner Rachel Weisz (The Favourite)  as Melina. Cate Shortland (Lore) is helming the pic from a script penned by Jac Schaeffer who also did The Hustle. The prequel, which is now in production, will be released on May 1st of next year. Other cast members include

At hte very end of the panel, Feige mentioned rather quickly that there was a lot more they couldn’t discuss (like the future of Spider-Man perhaps) but he did announce that a Black Panther sequel, Guardians Of The Galaxy 3 and Captain Marvel 2 were all in development. He also dropped some major news in that The Fantastic Four was indeed coming to the MCU and a certain group of iconic mutants were also on the way. Then Feige brought out 2 time Oscar winner Mahershala Ali who immediately pit on a cap that said Blade and then a huge logo filled the screen. Ali is the new Daywalker and it looks like these series of films will be a part of Phase V!
