The Furious marks the feature directorial debut of acclaimed stunt choreographer Kenji Tanigaki (Snake Eyes, Rurouni Kenshin). Produced by Bill Kong (Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon), the film boasts an international cast including Xie Miao (The New Legend of Shaolin), Joe Taslim (Mortal Kombat), Brian Le (Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings), and more. It follows humble tradesman Wang Wei, whose daughter Rainy is abducted, thrusting him into a deadly underworld of corruption and violence. His only ally is Navin, a relentless journalist haunted by his own past; together, they fight through an international criminal network in a desperate bid to save Rainy and uncover the truth.
