It’s time to lock ‘n load and go dark as Prime Video has unleashed the new trailer for their highly anticipated prequel series The Terminal List: Dark Wolf. The new series will delve into the past and shed light on the origin story of Ben Edwards (played by Taylor Kitsch). Chris Pratt, who was front and center in the original series, will reprise his role as James Reece although he is more of a supporting player here as this is Kitsch’s show. No worries though as Pratt will go tactical more than once as well so strap on your gear and let’s go downrange for the new footage!
Co-created by The New York Times bestselling author of The Terminal List, Jack Carr, and Season One creator-showrunner David DiGilio, The Terminal List: Dark Wolf is a prequel series with an origin story that follows Ben Edwards (Taylor Kitsch) throughout his journey from the Navy SEALs to the clandestine side of CIA Special Operations.
The series is an espionage thriller that explores the darker side of warfare and the human cost that comes with it. It also features Chris Pratt reprising his role as James Reece.

The trailer does the job and military and covert ops action lovers like me will have much cause for celebration once again as this series looks to amplify the tactical action set pieces with Kitsch and Pratt deploying their full-scale bravado and tactics. The one downside is that this is a prequel of course so we know that both leads will survive the ordeal to fight another day. If you’ve seen the first season, then you know that things take a dark turn for the two comrades in light of the failed mission that took the lives of Reec’s entire team.
The second season of the original The Terminal List is in production and will most likely hit Prime Video next year.
