After releasing distribution news on action filmmaker Christian Sesma’s latest bullet fest titled 72 Hours a few weeks back, Action-Flix now has the official trailer and key art for you. The thriller stars True Blood’s Sam Trammell and Twilight’s Cam Gigandet who can also be seen in Mafia Wars this October 11th pitting him against Superman himself Tom Welling. Brothers on opposite sides of the law must set aside differences and lock n load to save family as their bullets and bravado will fly. Check out the blistering footage below!
Two brothers, one an FBI agent and the other an international money launderer, put aside their differences and band together to save their family by going after a perilous extraction deep in kingpin territory.
Synopsis: Alex Jones runs a Crypto International Money Laundering for Tye Revello. His brother Sebastian Jones is an FBI agent who has no idea about Alex’s career choice. When Sebastian gets a lead on a massive money laundering deal, he organizes a tactical team to intercept. It’s almost a perfect bust until Sebastian sees his brother during the process. Not wanting his brother to get arrested, Sebastian let’s his brother flee.
Just when things couldn’t get worse, Alex finds out that his daughter has been kidnapped and he must turn himself in to Tye within 72 hours to save her. Sebastian and Alex set their differences aside and organize an elite team to do the impossible…Kill or be killed!
Sesma has been killing it lately with several action projects like Every Last One of them and Section 8 so fans will certainly check all the boxes here with Trammell and Gigandet doing their thing. I love the team aspect as the two brothers form what looks to be one ass kicking unit including Nicky Whelan and Vernon Davis to take down the bad guys so let the crescendo of firepower and fisticuffs commence as Sesma will definitely throw everything and the kitchen sink in the action sequences for the audience.
