Apple Plus has dropped a brand-new trailer for F1 starring Brad Pitt! Check it out below!
There is also brand-new key art showing Pitt in all his glory as legendary racer Sonny Hayes!

FORMER POST: This teaser has been kicking around for a week or so but I’m behind as usual as I’ve been traveling and am currently seeing how many jobs I can have in 2024. The aforementioned teaser is for Brad Pitt’s upcoming Formula One actioner simply titled F1 which hails from Top Gun Maverick director Joseph Kosinski. Just like the Oscar worthy sequel that saw the stars in real life jets, Kosinski looks to do the same for racing as he has implemented cameras in real life Formula One cars with the actors feeling the need for speed. I’m all in as the real-life aerial photography made Top Gun Maverick one of the best action films ever. Let’s see if magic can hit twice with Pitt and the dangerous world of professional race cars.
F1 sees Pitt starring as Sonny Hayes, who is a former Formula One driver that is forced to take an early retirement after a massive crash. Sonny’s retirement doesn’t last long as he is recruited by his former Formula One team owner Ruben (Javier Bardem) to take a young hotshot named Joshua Pearce (Damson Idris) under his wing. The supporting cast includes Kerry Condon, Tobias Menzies, Kim Bodina, Shea Whigham, and Joseph Balderrama.
The movie has the full cooperation of Formula One and all ten teams will make an appearance as themselves in the movie. Kosinski is looking to immerse theater goers once again as he installed cameras in the cars and filmed them as they raced around the tracks.
F1 doesn’t hit theaters until June 27th of 2025 so we have a wait. the movie will debut on Apple TV+ after the theatrical run as it is an Apple Films Original production.
