This weekend, fans will finally see action star Dolph Lundgren return as Gunner Jensen in Expend4bles after an almost decade long absence for the franchise but we have a trailer for another of Dolph’s upcoming flicks. This November sees Lundgren star alongside Terrence Howard in Showdown at the Grand and fans will see a different side of the action star in this one. For further proof, see the new trailer below!
Official Synopsis: A proud movie theater owner must defend his family business from corporate developers alongside a legendary action star as art imitates life in a showdown for the ages.
Howard and Lundgren star along with Amanda Righetti (Friday the 13th 2009), John Savage (The Deer Hunter), Piper Curda (The Wretched), Mike Ferguson (Amityville Uprising), Clemmie Dugdale (About Time), Jose Rosete (Monsters of Man), and Jon Sklaroff (Three Kings). Orson Oblowitz helms from a script he also wrote.
Seeing Lundgren step out of his comfort zone is always entertaining. The Best Man saw Lundgren starring as part of a wedding party that fought the bad guys while hungover. This one seems even more hilarious so fingers crossed.
