Known for such memorable roles in films like Starship Troopers to one of my all-time favorites The Tracker, Van Dien is one of those special actors that has done it all in all genres. Van Dien has left a lasting impression on action cinema, and he’s not done yet by any stretch of the imagination.
With over 35 years in the business, Van Dien is a true icon and now he stars in The Flood as anti-hero Russell Cody who must survive one hellacious night when a hurricane hits flooding the prison he’s in. To make matters worse, he not only has to battle human enemies and mother nature but also a fleet of killer alligators that have laid siege to the building. SYNOPSIS: A horde of giant hungry alligators is unleashed on a group of in-transit prisoners and their guards after a massive hurricane floods Louisiana.
