I normally don’t do a lot of R.I.P. articles here on the site because I’m usually to sad but this one stings a lot. It has been announced that actor Brad Johnson has passed away at the age of 62 in February but its now just being released. It’s being reported that Johnson dies due to complications from COVID.
Even though he’s best remembered for Always and Melrose Place, I’ll always remember him for Soldier of Fortune Inc. where he played Major Matthew Quentin Shepherd. Even though it only lasted for two seasons, it remains to this day one of the best released action series ever. I also love the Vietnam era action movie Flight of the Intruder where he starred opposite Danny Glover and Willem Dafoe.

“Brad William Johnson, beloved husband, father and cowboy, was called home to his Lord on February 18, 2022. Anyone who knew Brad knows how difficult it is to sum up the details of his life on a single page,” a press release stated.
I’m sure he’s protecting the gateway to heaven right now and my sincere condolences go out to his family and close friends. R.I.P. Major….
In honor of Brad, check him out in action from SOF Inc. below…
