I have but one question when it comes to Bollywood action extravaganzas. Do the filmmakers laugh out loud when editing these gravity and logic defying action spectacles? I mean seriously, I love me some way over the top Hindi epicness but it’s getting to the point where these films are becoming satires of themselves. I totally don’t mean that in a negative way by the way.
I now bring you international action and Bollywood Star Tiger Shroff’s latest pic for your consideration. It’s called Heropanti 2 (no I haven’t seen the first one) and it is a non stop barrage of images of Shroff looking ultra-cool as bad guys find countless ways to strip of his shirt in ultra-slow motion. We get it. The dude is ripped.
The newest trailer that just dropped on Shroff’s social media is loaded, and I mean loaded, with the per usual logic defying action sequences and Shroff shows off once again that he is the live action equivalent to something out of an Anime movie.

What’s the plot? Who cares! It’s filled with Shroff doing what he does best and that’s creating death defying fight sequences and stunts that will make you do a double take. Plus it’s got some hotter than hot dance numbers to boot. What more could you want? If you are so inclined, here is the official synopsis per the IMDb:
Heropanti 2 is about a guy who helps people at night. Whether that be saving someone from a robbery or kidnapping this guy is always there. The Indian government finds out about this and sends him to Russia where he has the mission of killing Russian troops at night. But somehow something goes wrong and the whole world thinks this is the leader of the Russian troops. Watch how he uses the darkness to beat the enemies and prove everyone wrong.
One sequence has Shroff literally spinning around in the air as he holds onto a car that is also literally spinning around in the air. You just have to see it because describing it does not do it justice let me tell you.
Ahmed Khan, who has also directed Shroff in Baaghi 2&3, helms all the madness once again. Rajat Arora penned the script from a story by Sajid Nadiadwala.
I’m going to have to check out all of Shroff’s flicks in the future for review purposes because the man is just sick with unmeasured skills onscreen.
Heropanti 2 hits domestic Indian theaters on April 29th.
In the meantime, I’ve babbled on long enough. Check it out for yourself in the video player below. You’ll wanna watch it again…trust me.
