ACCIDENT MAN 2: Rising Martial Arts Star Sarah Chang Joins Scott Adkins for the Anticipated Sequel

By: John M Jerva

Amy Johnston gave Scott Adkins a run for his money in the original Accident Man and now it looks like Blood Hunter: Rise of the Hybrids star and martial artist Sarah Chang will do the same in the sequel. Chang is on the rise and now she’ll be trading blows with Adkins for the follow up which stars filming this month.

Chang was on the Kung Fu Drive-In Podcast where she broke the news and the announcement was also made on Instagram which you can view below!

The follow up has seen a transfer of directors this time around as George and Harry Kirby will take the reigns from Jesse V. Johnson for the highly anticipated sequel.

The first Accident Man was a passion project for Adkins and it’s based on an underground UK comic that he grew up reading. Helmed by Johnson, the film also starred a great action cast including Michael Jai White, Ray Park, Amy Johnston and Ray Stephenson.

It’ll be interesting to see what the Kirby brothers bring to the next entry as this is their first full on feature film. It’s good to see the sequel getting some traction as it’s been in development for a while.

The addition of Chang, who can be seen this Friday in the new horror/action film Circle of Bones, definitely bodes well for the film as she is an amazing talent on screen. I’m sure we’ll get a lot more casting news in the future.

Keep it locked and loaded right here for more to hit from Accident Man 2 as we are your destination for everything!

In the meantime, check out Sarah in action in the action reel video below!
