If you’ve been living under a rock or your Wi-Fi has been down for a few months then you probably haven’t seen or heard of Raging Fire which is arguably one of the best action films of the year. The movie which hails from the late, great Benny Chan and stars martial arts action icon Donnie Yen in an adrenalized cop thriller like no other has been talked about ever since it was released. The flick has been tearing up Asia and recently hit North American theaters this month.

If you haven’t had a chance to view it yet then you’re in luck as Well Go USA has just announced that Raging Fire will hit their HI-YAH! streaming service on October 22nd. This is one film that any serious action fan must watch and eventually own when it launches on physical media and I, for one, have christened it one of my favorite action pics of the year. Shan (Donnie Yen) is a highly respected hardline cop with a long history of success on dangerous cases. However, his past unexpectedly comes back to haunt him when a sting operation is attacked by a mysterious group of criminals led by Ngo (Nicholas Tse), his former protégé, a talented former officer who had once respected and admired Shan. However, a terrible mistake three years prior landed him in prison, quickly turning the once rising star into a furious man with a grudge, and the will to destroy everyone who had wronged him—including his former mentor.

Raging Fire also stars Nicholas Tse along with Ben Lam, Ray Lui, Patrick Tam, Qin Lan, Ken Lo and the always game Simon Yam.
