Well it was a rough day but this one stings as Deadline is reporting that legendary director Richard Donner has passed away at the age of 91. The prolific filmmaker was responsible for such gems as the Lethal Weapon franchise and Superman.
There were rumblings for years that he would helm a fifth installment of the Lethal Weapon franchise but sadly that’ll never come to be.
There are no details at this time but our thoughts and prayers go out to his family.
RIP Mr. Donner…you will be missed.
