WRATH OF MAN: Jason Statham Goes Bloody Ballistic in the Official Red Band Trailer!

I was excited to see the return of The Stath when the first trailer for the Guy Ritchie helmed action/thriller Wrath of Man came out but now I’m really freaking ecstatic for it now. Why you might ask? Well it’s because the official red band trailer has launched and it is 100 degrees of awesomeness with many scenes of Jason Statham going full on bloody ballistic. Check out the brute force below!

A mysterious and wild-eyed new cash truck security guard (Jason Statham) surprises his coworkers during a heist in which he unexpectedly unleashes precision skills. The crew is left wondering who he is and where he came from. Soon, the marksman’s ultimate motive becomes clear as he takes dramatic and irrevocable steps to settle a score.

Ritchie is usually known for his deep drama, quirky dark humor and depth but here it just looks like he took the leash of Statham and told him to do his best impersonation of Rambo in an urban jungle setting. The footage looks down right juicy and brutal.

May 7th is the date for the theatrical launch so peek below at the sheer savagery of Statham as he goes all one man army on the bad guys with blood, bullets and bravado!

MGM has also released a new clip for the film which you can see below. It’s not an action sequence but is still a good scene of Statham’s character of H dealing with an unwelcome patron in a bar.
