This week marks a climatic turn of events as Donnie Yen’s final Kung Fu film hits cinemas worldwide with the release of Ip Man 4: The Finale but we are already looking to the future and with it more contemporary action films from the icon and first up we have Raging Fire which sees Yen return to the police action-thriller genre and with the new teaser, it looks like we are in for some adrenaline pumping action, firepower and fisticuffs! Check it out below!

“Shan, a righteous cop who is admired by the police force to have solved many cases. One day, his past comes back to haunt him when his sting operation is attacked by a mysterious group of criminals led by Ngo (Nicholas Tse), his former protégé. Ngo was once a talented cop who admired and respected Shan. However, a terrible accident sent him to prison three years ago turning him into a furious man with the aim to kill everyone who wronged him – including his former mentor!”

The teaser is short but oh so sweet as we are treated by a lot of action drenched footage with Donnie doing what he does best which is beat people up and beat them up well.

Benny Chan, who is also known for Jackie Chan’s Who Am I, Invisible Target with Wu Jing, helms from a script which he penned also.

Along with RAGING FIRE AND IP MAN 4, Donnie also will be seen in next year’s highly anticipated live action remake of Disney’s MULAN as well as ENTER THE FAT DRAGON. Yen is also still attached to star in SLEEPING DOGS which is based on the hit video game.
