Alright boys and girls, it’s time to put the kids to bed and go looking for dinner as we have an awesome new indie action-thriller that is ripe for the picking. The film is titled Unit ELEVEN and it comes from writer and director Theo Cane Garvey who made this feature on basically no budget whatsoever. We are talking old school, down and dirty guerilla filmmaking at its finest people and I am proud to present the new poster and trailer for the film which you can view below!

In the year 2035, survivors of a now almost completely evacuated post-apocalyptic Britain compete for a government bounty to retrieve a mysterious bio weapon known only as Unit Eleven.

Ten years in the making, ‘Unit Eleven’ is the debut feature film from Director Theo Cane Garvey. With explosive action set pieces filmed on location across the UK, this post-apocalyptic adventure is a tour-de-force of gritty independent filmmaking spirit and one of the most ambitious micro-budget productions ever to be shot on British soil.

The film stars Ieuan Parry, Carl Kendall, Bradley Morton, Aaron Slack, Helen Andrzejowska, Jamie Kemp, James Caroll, Jarrod Jones, Mark Grist, Michaela Bromley, Paul Barlow as well as Garvey.

The film is over a decade in the making and it is completely self funded by Garvey. I found this little gem just by scrolling through Facebook and let me tell you, it looks awesome.

The film is in the middle of trying to enter the festival circuit and is also looking for distribution so I’m doing my part to get the word out about the film. It’s great to see passionate people rolling up their sleeves and getting out there to make these independent gems that really generate excitement and enthusiasm.

The new trailer that was released shows off some pretty ambitious action and for a little to no budget production, these lads certainly knew how to bend the rules of filmmaking.
