Lionsgate Films has released a brand new, action drenched clip from the newest entry in the Has Fallen franchise titled Angel Has Fallen which sees Mike Banning, played by Gerard Butler, trying to save the President (Morgan Freeman) from one serious drone attack. Unfortunately, after this happens and it’s clear that Banning is a good guy, he still gets framed for the attempt. Check it out below!

When there is an assassination attempt on U.S. President Allan Trumbull (Morgan Freeman), his trusted confidant, Secret Service Agent Mike Banning (Gerard Butler), is wrongfully accused and taken into custody. After escaping from capture, he becomes a man on the run and must evade his own agency and outsmart the FBI in order to find the real threat to the President. Desperate to uncover the truth, Banning turns to unlikely allies to help clear his name, keep his family from harm and save the country from imminent danger.

The third film also stars Jada Pinkett Smith (The Matrix Reloaded), Lance Reddick (John Wick) and Piper Perabo (Covert Affairs) as well as Mark Gill, Matt O’Toole, Alan Siegel, and John Thompson. Shot Collar’s Ric Roman Waugh helms this time around.
